Our Student Centre teams are on hand to support you and help with any issues you may be experiencing. You can also check our IT and Library Student Guide for answers to common queries.
We are available via phone, email and in-person to deal directly with your enquiries. You can also use our Digital Assistant, NOVA.

In person
We can be found in the Student Centres at FCH and Oxstalls campuses. Staff can help you borrow Library resources and offer advice about our Library and Student Services. If we are unable to resolve your query directly, then we’ll ensure you are referred to the correct team.
