Staff will be available Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm at FCH, Oxstalls and Park Libraries. Except for the Easter Bank Holidays (Good Friday March 29th and Easter Monday April 1st), when library desks will be unstaffed.
Library spaces will be open and accessible for self-service via 24/7 ID card swipe access throughout.
