There are some major electrical works happening around FCH Library and Principals House.
To accommodate the work FCH Library spaces will be closed from 8am Monday 22nd July to 8am Thursday 25th July.
Study Space at FCH
Alternative study space has been made available in Quad East QU024. There are lots of computers available in the space which will be 24/7 access from Monday 22nd July.
Library book loans
If you need a book, during this time, you can use the library system to place a hold on the item. Holds and inter-library loan print items can be collected from FCH once the library re-opens on Thursday 25th July.
If your request is urgent, Library staff will be working nearby and may be able to retrieve books and arrange a suitable drop off at FCH.
If you are unable to find the book or resource that you require, please contact your academic liaison librarian, who will help you find what you need. Alternatively, email [email protected] and a member of the team will help.
The book drop-off box, for returning borrowed books is located outside FCH Refectory, (see location on our campus map).
Study Spaces at Park Campus
Students and staff wishing to study at Park Campus can use TC013 (room location on our campus map) – this will be available for anyone to use throughout the summer. You are also very welcome in any of the communal spaces at FCH and Oxstalls, as well as in the study room in the Laurie Lee building at Pittville.
