Proposal submission template

You can use the following template to help complete your proposal for the ‘Everyday is Spatial’ conference. 

PERSONAL INFORMATION

Bio / CV:

Please provide a brief biography (max 200 words) outlining your background, experience, and relevant work in the field of spatial audio, or submit a 1 page CV, or link to online profile etc. 

PROPOSAL

Presentation Format: 

Choose one from the list below 

Spatial audio works  (20 mins max)

Spatial audiovisual works (20mins max) 

Spatial audio presentations (10 mins + 10 mins for questions)

Individual Papers (10 mins + 10 mins for questions).

Group Sessions (90 Minutes) based around a topic and involving three or four contributors.

Title of Presentation:

(Can be Indiciative or working title) 

Abstract:

Please provide a concise summary of your proposed work/presentation (max 300 words). This should include the aim, scope, and key content of your work.

Files:

Audio/Visual Files: Please include links to the proposal work / or representative and previous works as necessary. We can accept following formats:

  • Stereo
  • Binaural
  • Ambisonic (up to 3rd order for review) 
  • ADM BMF (Dolby Atmos)
  • Multichannel stems

(If submitting multichannel / polywavs please also consider a binaural evaluation mix if possible)
