Roksana Drzewucka shoots a series of still life work for the Personal Portfolio Module.

For this module, I wanted to focus on product and advertising photography. I researched photographers like Sally Williams and Edward Fury and was really inspired by their minimalistic and simple images that still looked really professional and aesthetic.

I was also inspired by certain products that I wanted to photograph and chose to go for a pastel coloured theme to match these  products. I wanted my images to work together well as a series so I made sure to stick with shooting beauty products and keeping the pastel theme throughout all of them.

While shooting my images, I learnt a lot about how to style them well and what props to use and also how important small details and retouching are in terms of the final image. I really enjoyed this module and I think it really helped me develop my skills in all aspects.
