This series of images for my personal portfolio follows my mum and her dog boarding and day care business at home.

I explored how the Corona virus affected my mum’s business and the dogs. Coming into this module I wasn’t sure where I wanted to go especially when lockdown started but it was right in front of me. Having grown up with these dogs and the routine, I found I needed to be much more observant within my home and what the dogs get up to other than the obvious. I looked at how a narrative could be conveyed using a mixture of still life, portraiture and landscapes all together.

I have enjoyed capturing the remaining dogs’ views of my home as it changes, hopefully they can all come.
