You can use the following template to help complete your proposal for the ‘Everyday is Spatial’ conference. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please provide a brief biography (max 200 words) outlining your background, experience, and relevant work in the field of spatial audio, or submit a 1 page CV, or link to online profile etc. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

PROPOSAL<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Presentation Format: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Choose one from the list below <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Spatial audio works  (20 mins max)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Spatial audiovisual works (20mins max) <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Spatial audio presentations (10 mins + 10 mins for questions)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Individual Papers (10 mins + 10 mins for questions).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Group Sessions (90 Minutes) based around a topic and involving three or four contributors.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Title of Presentation:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

(Can be Indiciative or working title) <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Abstract:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please provide a concise summary of your proposed work\/presentation (max 300 words). This should include the aim, scope, and key content of your work.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Files:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Audio\/Visual Files: Please include links to the proposal work \/ or representative and previous works as necessary. We can accept following formats:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Stereo<\/em><\/li>
  • Binaural<\/em><\/li>
  • Ambisonic (up to 3rd order for review) <\/em><\/li>
  • ADM BMF (Dolby Atmos)<\/em><\/li>
  • Multichannel stems<\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    (If submitting multichannel \/ polywavs please also consider a binaural evaluation mix if possible)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    By submitting this form, you agree to have your proposal reviewed by the selection committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
