A very experienced yoga teacher herself, Theo guided the students through her research concerning traditional yoga, the counter culture and the emergence of what she terms post lineage yoga. This was a fascinating journey from the midst of Vedic culture, to the heady days of the late sixties, through the New Age and the &#8216;second summer of love&#8217; to the here and now and the various manifestations of yoga and practice that are flourishing on the contemporary spiritual landscape.
