Ben used to be an active member of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.iskcon.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">International Society for Krishna Consciousness\u00a0(ISKCON)<\/a>, although he has ceased to be a member of that group at all.<br \/>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Interviewing an ex-ISKCON member\" width=\"1290\" height=\"726\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/uH5tOVbCcPs?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><br \/>\nBen is not your stereotypical angry-ex-member of a NRM, and he talks reflectively about what led him to the movement, and his own personal experience of it.<br \/>\n<strong>NOTICE: Ben sadly <a href=\"https:\/\/www.heavenaddress.com\/tong-and-peryer\/Benjamin-Walter-Leo-Ben-den-Ouden\/1664011\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">passed away<\/a> on the 21st April 2017.
