Human Capital

In the third video essay in God, Politics and Power, I examine the concept of human capital. Just as much as there has been an objective transformation of capital through financial innovation, then there has been a subjective one. At the heart of this subjective transformation is the key concept of human capital. In this video essay, I explain what human capital is through the lectures of Michel Foucault.
