Situated in an open-plan office in the leafy Milton Park, Oxfordshire, with numerous onsite amenities including cafes, shops and a gym, the role is offered as a full time contract.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>About You<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"ul1 wp-block-list\"><li><span class=\"s1\">You will be an excellent communicator, with the ability to produce high quality creative work using hand drawings and some\/all of the following: AutoCad, Vectorworks, InDesign, Photoshop, ArcView, and Sketchup. An interest in 3D modelling and rendering would be desirable, but we will help with further training where required.<\/span><\/li><li><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"ul1 wp-block-list\"><li><span class=\"s1\">You will have excellent written and spoken English, along with a working knowledge of the English planning system and good plant knowledge. Experience in contributing to LVIA\u2019s and Landscape Management plans are advantageous.<\/span><\/li><li><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"ul1 wp-block-list\"><li><span class=\"s1\">You will be qualified as a Graduate or Post-graduate Landscape Architect, with the desire and drive to become a Chartered member of the Landscape Institute.\u00a0\u00a0Having a driving license and a car would also be an advantage.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">If you have these qualities and have willingness to learn and engage with others, we would like to hear from you to discuss the opportunities and experience that we can offer you.&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"s1\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>In Return<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">We can offer excellent experience in a wide variety of exciting public and private sector projects, working with a friendly team. The company is at a very exciting stage, and has a buoyant workload including; a large public park, numerous commercial and educational developments as well public realm, large-scale landscape management plans and LVIA\u2019s.<\/span><span class=\"s1\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">You will gain experience of projects at all stages from initial concept through to design development, contracts and tendering and seeing the jobs being built on site. Salary will be competitive, with a workplace pension and relocation allowance.
