The next Sustainable Landscape Series presentation is by Sue Illman<\/strong>, Past President of the Landscape Institute, Director of Illman Young landscape architects, and graduate of the course here in Cheltenham. \u00a0Sue’s talk is entitled Flood & Drought.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The issues of flooding have never been more relevant, but we need to see beyond the typical governmental knee-jerk response to disasters to a comprehensive vision of sustainable water management. Today\u2019s problem may be an excess of water, but the future is equally about drought, and the landscape profession has a key role in delivering the solutions.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
