We visited the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.arnolfini.org.uk\/whatson\/richard-long-time-and-space\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Richard Long exhibition at the Arnolfini<\/a> to explore\u00a0how his projects demonstrate aspects of landscape, philosophy and theory, as well as seeing the incredible work he has produced.<\/p>\n<p>We visited the Architecture Centre to see their <a href=\"http:\/\/www.architecturecentre.co.uk\/Ideas-Studio\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">City Ideas\u00a0Studio<\/a> as part of the Bristol Green Capital initiative.<\/p>\n<p>We spent some time studying <a href=\"http:\/\/www.grant-associates.uk.com\/2578\/grant-associates-completes-sustainable-public-realm-landscape-bristols-historic-waterfront\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Millennium Promenade, a project by Grant Associates<\/a> (part of the Bristol Harbourside development), again from a landscape theory perspective. This involved considering issues such as\u00a0Values, Aesthetics, Power and Ownership, Meaning, Sense of Place, Language and Creativity.<\/p>\n<p><a
