Year out students and landscape architecture graduates wanted by HDA

Hankinson Duckett Associates (HDA) is seeking full time landscape ‘year out students’ and landscape architecture graduates to join our friendly team.

HDA was established over 25 years ago and is now a busy employee-owned, multidisciplinary practice, specialising in landscape planning and design, masterplanning, ecology and arboriculture. HDA gives you the opportunity to fully engage with the wide scope of our varied profession by facilitating graduates to be involved in multiple projects at different stages, ensuring that there is always something new to learn. With the chance to do site work, report writing, landscape design and 3D modelling. If you want to expand your knowledge and experience of the wider industry even further you can also get involved in HDA’s extensive ecology and arboriculture work, including surveys, assessment, restoration and management plans.

Benefits of working at HDA include:
Opportunities to gain experience across a broad range of Landscape Planning, Masterplanning and Design projects.
Competitive salary and benefits package, including annual bonuses. Graduates receive pension contributions, CPD and specialist training, including chartership mentoring, and opportunities for promotion based upon performance.
HDA is ’employee owned’ through an Employee Ownership Trust, giving staff a vested interest in the success of the practice.
