Graduate Landscape Architect

Bath, UK

Arne Maynard Garden Design is inviting applications from Graduate Landscape Architects to join the studio design team based in Bath. You will support the development of an exciting range of private projects in the UK, Europe and USA. Working alongside a senior team of Landscape Architects and Garden Designers you will be required to produce work at the highest quality towards the delivery of projects. 

We seek passionate and enthusiastic Graduate Landscape Architects with a meticulous attention to detail. You should understand the working stages and be versatile to work as part of various project teams. You will require exceptional presentation skills to convey proposals graphically and be confident to share ideas within the studio design team.

Applicants will have a Master’s in Landscape Architecture or experience from a relevant discipline and horticultural knowledge is desirable.

Professional Skills

× Master’s in Landscape Architecture.

× Understanding of project work stages with a focus on design development.

× Confidence to communicate ideas within a studio design team.

× Ability to work individually and as part of a multi-disciplinary project team.

× Support studio design team members to fulfil project deliverables and deadlines.

× Produce high quality and coordinated documents and drawings.

× Organised project file management in accordance with company standards.

× Application of templates and branding to achieve quality standards.

Personal Requirements

× Passionate about gardens and plants.

× Proficient in Vectorworks or similar, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office. × Eligible to work within the UK, with relevant visas.

× Fluent spoken and written English.

× Willingness to travel, sometimes at short notice.

× A clean and valid driving licence.
