Tuesday 13 June, 12.45-14.00, TC007, Park Campus<\/strong><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our Poster Presentation Competition was re-introduced and took place in person at our Park Campus. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our finalists were challenged to create a Poster Presentation to a brief set by our Head of Research Innovation, Professor Nigel McLoughlin, and were selected to represent their respective School. \u202f<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Festival of Learning provided an opportunity for colleagues and research candidates to appreciate the variety of research activities that are taking place at UoG and witness the dedication and commitment towards research as it is happening. \u202fWe are excited to share their posters below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our Winners<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Our finalists prepared their boards and were all geared up for a fiercely competitive final. Sadly, we could only have three winners and on the day we had two finalists scoring the same points. Our Vice-Chancellor, Stephen Marston, decided that it was only fair to award two 1st prizes and one People’s Choice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are extremely proud of our 10 finalists who successfully reached the final through competitive local School heats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The topics have been so varied, interesting and the standard this year had set the bar very high \u2013 we are so proud of our PGRs and are confident that their research will have significant impact in the years to come.  Our finalists are (in alphabetical order):<\/p>\n\n\n\n
