Group and UoG Women&#8217;s Network"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Women Negotiating Academia: Empowerment and Challenges<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>An informal discussion hosted by the Women Professors\u2019 Group and the UoG Women\u2019s\u202fNetwork <\/em><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> Recording of the Q&amp;A webinar <\/h3>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>This session explored the ways that women can support and empower each other to strive for and to achieve career and personal goals within this university and in academia at large. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The session introduced the aims and work of the university\u2019s Women Professors\u2019 Group and included the following three conversations about journeys, career paths and personal development:&nbsp;
