Its ultimate goal is to enhance educational quality across partner institutions by empowering staff to understand and apply the PSF standards. Through a collaborative case study method, the project introduces the PSF and Fellowship scheme at a partner institution, facilitating direct applications to Advance HE Fellowships.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">While previous research has highlighted positive impacts of the PSF and Fellowship on higher education\u2014such as enhancing academic quality, fostering community, and encouraging innovation\u2014studies that move beyond quantitative metrics are scarce (Cathcart et al., 2021). This project contributes to the literature by exploring additional factors, such as the experiences of staff with diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, to assess the effectiveness of the PSF 2023 in transnational higher education (TNE).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">On a practical level, this project contributes to individual professional development, aligns with institutional educational strategies aimed at building staff capacity and fostering global partnerships, complements training programmes mandated by national government agencies, and supports the quality provision of teaching and learning in TNE.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">We conclude that while our project has successfully sparked interest, further strategic support and sustained actions are required to fully ignite transformative change.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This presentation forms part of a University Teaching Fellowship (UTF) project that aims to assess the effectiveness of the Advance HE Professional Standards Framework (PSF) Fellowship within global collaborative partnerships.
