Abstract

Our session will take you on the University’s journey to create a truly inclusive culture. Through sharing our stories we will not only reveal the best practices, but also highlight some of the barriers that remain in our path. Each one of us plays an important role in this journey. We’ll outline possible actions that you can take as an individual, alongside those that the University is undertaking.
