Festival of learning 2026
A celebration of learning and teaching at University of Gloucestershire.

The 10th Festival of Learning will take place on Wednesday 17 June 2026 at Park Campus.
The Festival programme will include two external keynote speakers, a series of academic exchanges, lightning presentations, panel discussions and interactive workshops, as well as a networking lunch.

Call for contributions
The call for contributions is now open. We welcome submissions from all members of the University community, including our partners, whether you are early career, professional services, or seasoned academics (presenting with students if you wish).
Please view the call for contributions page for further details about this year’s event, including the sessions you can contribute to and instructions on how to submit an abstract/summary.
The closing date for submissions is midday on Wednesday 8 April 2026.

About the festival
The annual Festival of Learning at University of Gloucestershire brings together academic and professional services staff to celebrate and share good practice and innovation in learning and teaching across our institution and partners.
The event is free and open to all staff who teach or support student learning.
