I grew up in the Cotswolds which is known to be picturesque, with beautiful countryside and pretty little villages. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>However, growing up within the town of Stonehouse in the Stroud District, I viewed things very differently, I saw the failing secondary school, I saw the run down and missing public amenities, I saw violence, crime and felt that my only future would be factory work alongside most of the Stonehouse\u2019s population.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
