Zine Brief<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When starting off the Editorial with Moving Image module I came across the work of Zed Nelson and specifically ‘love me’ series which has been a huge inspiration for the Zine brief. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I decided to look in to Pageant girls when creating my zine and moving image but instead of just having the pretty perfect feel which is what they wanted. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I tried to get a behind the scenes and have a real look in to what it\u2019s like to be involved in Pageants. My aim in this brief was to break the stereotype of pageant life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Portrait To Promote<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is Lucy who is a Norland Nanny. Norland college is a prestige Nannying school based in Bath producing best of the best in childcare. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Their iconic uniform is very traditional making them always smart and prepared. When approaching the ‘Portrait To Promote’ brief I wanted to capture the classic feel of the Norland Nanny looking at the details of their uniforms making the images feel elegant but also have that exclusive feel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
