Throughout this project I\nwas able to photograph many alternative resources, however this particular\nseries I have called \u2018Safe space\u2019, takes a look at a private therapist called\nJanette, working in the Practice rooms in Cheltenham. Janette says \u201cI\u2019m a strong believer in not using\nmedication to suppress issues.\u201d She believes dealing with it head on is better,\nand always uses these three keywords, \u2018think, cope and behave\u2019 when helping her\nclients. She also explained that there are three main aspects that create a\nprofessional relationship between the client and therapist to create a safe\nspace for people to open up, these are \u2018empathy, genuineness and unconditional\npositive regard\u2019.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>These three images taken were in response to the Personal Portfolio module.
