Orientation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The orientation is required for every placement and should be completed by the end of the first day \u2013 alternatively, it may have been conducted on the student\u2019s pre-placement visit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once the orientation has been given, the student will complete their orientation form and will request that it is verified by you. They will ask their ePAD to send you an email link; this is the easiest way to access the verification page to verify the student\u2019s orientation as the link takes you directly to the correct part of the student\u2019s ePAD without the need to log in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you do not receive the email, please check your junk, or spam folder and then confirm that the student has your correct email address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can also log into the ePAD using your username and password and access the orientation that way. View detailed guidance on how to log on to the ePAD<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once you have clicked the link in your email you will see a screen similar to this one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once you have reached this screen you need to click the \u201cMark as Seen\u201d button at the bottom right of the page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lastly, you need to click OK, Verify the orientation when the box appears to finalise the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
