PRINTING DOCUMENTS FROM THE EPAD<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

There are a range of useful documents which you can print from the ePAD if needed. These include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Checklist Guidance for Completing ePAD<\/strong> \u2013 a step by step guide to what you need to to and when it should be done with the ePAD \u2013 this document should be printed and taken with you to each placement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

  • Patient\/Service User\/Carer Feedback<\/strong> \u2013 aimed at patients with a learning disability<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Patient\/Carer feedback to enhance learning for student nurses (Form 2)<\/strong> \u2013 the standard form<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Patient\/Carer feedback to enhance learning for student nurses (Form 3)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n

    To access these documents, log into the ePAD and select \u2018Proformas to Print\u2019 from the menu at the top left of the screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
