PRINTING DOCUMENTS FROM THE EPAD

There are a range of useful documents which you can print from the ePAD if needed. These include:

• Checklist Guidance for Completing ePAD – a step by step guide to what you need to to and when it should be done with the ePAD – this document should be printed and taken with you to each placement.
• Student guide to 2020 standards
• Patient/Service User/Carer Feedback – aimed at patients with a learning disability
• Patient/Carer feedback to enhance learning for student nurses (Form 2) – the standard form
• Patient/Carer feedback to enhance learning for student nurses (Form 3)
• Child/Young Persons Feedback to Enhance Learning for Student Nurses
• Part 1 Cover Sheet – this is the cover sheet you will need to upload to Moodle at the end of the placement
• Part 2 Cover Sheet
• Part 3 Cover Sheet

To access these documents, log into the ePAD and select ‘Proformas to Print’ from the menu at the top left of the screen.
