Completing your final interview

When you are ready to complete your final interview, you need to select the menu from the top left of the ePAD and then click on ‘Placements’, then select your current placement and lastly the ‘Final Interview’ tab.

This section is almost identical to the Mid-point Interview – you have the same reflection to complete on your knowledge, skills and attitudes & values, but you have one additional section to reflect on meeting your professional values.

First, you need to complete the Reflection on meeting your professional values.

Once this is complete you need to complete the section on your knowledge, skills and attitudes & values.

When you have completed both sections, you need to click the green ‘Save and Submit’ button at the bottom right of the page and submit your final interview reflections to your practice assessor. Please note that this interview must be completed by your practice assessor; it cannot be completed by a practice supervisor.
