Timesheet status information

There are several different statuses for timesheets.

Submitted – you have submitted the timesheet and are waiting for it to be approved by your assessor. If your assessor has not approved your timesheet a few days after you have submitted it, please follow this up with your assessor.

Unlocked for Changes – You have unlocked your timesheet, but you have not yet resubmitted it to your assessor for authorisation. You will need to resubmit the timesheet for it to be approved.

In Progress – the timesheet has not been completed and has not been submitted. Remember that you need to complete timesheets at the end of every week and ensure that they are submitted correctly.

Action Required – If the timesheet shows ‘Action Required, ‘ you need to click edit on the timesheet and read the comments that have been left for you. You will need to make any changes required and resubmit the timesheet.

Please remember to check your timesheets carefully and ensure that they are submitted and your assessor is aware that they need to approve them. It is the students’ responsibility to fully complete their timesheets.
