Student details – placement dates, training & contact details and access plans
Previous Page | Back to list of all ARC PEP Guides | Next Page |
To view student details, including which students you have on placement with you at any specific time, as well as some of the student’s basic information, first log into ARC PEP and click the eye icon to access your placement area PEP. Next, click the students tab to show the students’ search box as below.

To find your student’s information, you need to add a start and end date to the search box. You do not need to have the exact dates of the placement, as long as the dates you enter include at least one placement day, the student details will be displayed.
For example; if a student is on placement with you from 30/01/2025 – 02/03/2025 you could enter: Start date = 01/01/2025 & End Date = 01/02/2025
This includes part of the placement, so I will return the student’s information.
Most people choose to use a larger date range to ensure that all students they are interested in are shown in the list. For the example above of a placement running from 30/01/2025 to 02/03/2025, you could use a date range: Start date = 01/09/2024 & End Date = 01/09/2025.
If you run a search and no students are returned, try expanding the placement dates or contact [email protected] for further support.
Once you have entered the date range to search, click the Show Students button

You will notice the list of students at the bottom of the page. This will show you the exact placement dates for your students, which year group (part) they are in, and if they have an access plan or Health Abilities Passport (HAP).
To see additional details for the student, click the + symbol to the left of their name. This will show you the student’s training record, their contact details, tutor details and any notes that the placement team have provided for you. Please note – students’ mobile phone numbers are provided solely for placement management purposes; these numbers must not be shared or used for any other purpose.

If a student has an access plan or HAP, please ask them to share this with you so that you can provide any reasonable adjustments that have been agreed upon through occupational health, the university and trust partners.
