{"id":3462,"date":"2023-10-05T10:13:24","date_gmt":"2023-10-05T09:13:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/uniofglos.blog\/alumni\/?p=3462"},"modified":"2023-10-05T10:13:24","modified_gmt":"2023-10-05T09:13:24","slug":"fundraising-for-luke-tops-100000","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sites.glos.ac.uk\/alumni\/2023\/10\/05\/fundraising-for-luke-tops-100000\/","title":{"rendered":"Charity walk is raising vital funds for Luke"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>When Luke Johnston, who studied Advertising, and graduated from University of Gloucestershire in 2010, was diagnosed with an incurable&nbsp;brain tumour earlier this year, his friends <a href=\"http:\/\/justgiving.com\/crowdfunding\/marchforourmate\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">took action to raise funds <\/a>for a ground breaking life extending vaccine.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The campaign has already raised over \u00a3100,000 in just a few months.
